Yes, you can edit any textures included in the escrow packages.

• Texture files (.ytd): Unlocked and editable.
• Model files (.ydd): Locked for the escrow PED, so model modifications are not allowed.

Use the PED Menu by HEX Scripts. With this menu you can:

• Spawn and manage Peds through an easy in-game interface
• Save PED variations and animations
• Assign specific Peds to specific players
• Allow admins to manage PED access without commands
• Players automatically receive their assigned PED automatically when they join the server
