brings luxury high-rise living to Peak Towers by introducing fully designed residential interiors inside one of Los Santos’ most iconic high-rise developments. The apartments create new possibilities for high-end lifestyle roleplay, private gatherings, executive housing, and immersive residential storytelling in the heart of the city.

Each floor includes 4 apartment layouts (L1, L2, R1, R2)
Fully furnished interiors with toggleable entity set furniture to disable for housing
Individual floor number signage per hallway

Dedicated apartment elevator connecting all floors to the Peak Towers Lobby

Can I customize my interiors?

Absolutely! Our textures are conveniently stored in a texture dictionary (*.ytd), making it a breeze for you to personalize them according to your unique requirements.

Are your files protected?

Yes, all our custom files are securely encrypted by cfx to preserve the intellectual property of our 3D artists. However, we don't lock files that belong to the original GTA (e.g., exterior buildings).

Can I use a map purchased from TStudio for FiveM on other platforms like AltV?

Our maps are specifically designed, encrypted, and optimized for FiveM. Other platforms are not supported by TStudio and FiveM's encryption.

I have an issue, can I get assistance?

I'm experiencing compatibility issues with another creator's MLO/Map, what can I do?
